In that regard, the latest global management consulting company McKinsey & Co is planning to lay off 2000 employees and the announcement will be made soon. The spokesperson of the company said that the compensation of the company can be dealt with through layoffs and after the increase in the number of employees in the last 10 years, layoffs are being taken due to instability.
Currently 45 thousand employees are working in McKinsey & Co. Out of them 2000 employees may be fired and it is said that those who will be fired will be mailed individually. It is said that McKinsey & Co, which has been serving clients for over 10 years, is currently undergoing a restructuring process and plans to hire some experts who deal directly with clients.
In 2021, McKinsey & Co reported a revenue of $15 million. It is also worth noting that in 2022, even though it has earned more than that, it has taken the termination action.
