Article 1 of the draft resolution states: “Increase, as of August 1, 2024, by 4.64%, the toll rates for vehicles traveling through the national territory at stations managed by the National Institute of Roads (Invías) and the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI).”

This increase corresponds to half of the inflation rate for 2023, and exceptions will apply. For example, tolls under ANI concession that have already made previous increases will adjust their rates according to the CPI on the dates established in their contracts.

The document also underlines the need to continue the progressive adjustment of tariffs to normalise the tariff scheme. The remaining 50% of the adjustment will be applied before 31 December 2024, the deadline set by the Government to complete the normalisation of tariffs.
