However, Bykov accused them of not having any political culture, because sending messages on chats and e-mails is not an invitation to negotiations. And he explained that this should be done with negotiation groups to negotiate, prepare documents and present them to the public.
“We don’t release a flyer in which the proposal is “let’s divide our country”. That’s what they propose and nothing else,” said Bykov.
“The question is whether the rotation will pass. At the moment, I personally do not see any prospects of it,” threatened the deputy. And when asked whether people should prepare for 2 in 1 elections in June, he answered: “We are ready”.
