Toncoin (TON), the native cryptocurrency of The Open Network, was listed on the Binance exchange on August 8, 2024. The following trading pairs are already available on the platform:
- TON/BTC (Bitcoin)

- TON/FDUSD (First Digital USD)
- TON/TRY (Free)
The asset price of TON has surged in the past 24 hours, increasing by 15%. It is currently trading at $6.28.
Binance notes that TON is an “innovative project” with potential for greater volatility than other listed tokens. However, it emphasizes that the project is one year old, ranked among the top 10 cryptocurrencies, and backed by multi-million dollar investments and connections to Telegram and Tether.
The listing of TON on Binance coincides with significant growth in The Open Network. The network boasts numerous applications, wallets, protocols, DeFi solutions, and even video games. Notably, it has become a popular platform for games like Notcoin and Hamster Kombat.
Furthermore, Tether, the issuer of the USDT stablecoin, recently expanded to the TON network, enabling seamless value transfer between the TON ecosystem and other networks. This move has resulted in the fastest growth in Tether history, with over 500 million USDT issued on the network in just two months.
