Antonia Köller Joins Herne TC, Rising Star Set to Compete in German Women’s Basketball
A promising young athlete is poised to make her mark on the German women’s basketball scene. On July 22, 2025, the Herne TC announced the signing of Antonia Köller, an 18-year-old small forward from the region, signaling a significant investment in local talent.
Köller’s development has been rapid, having spent last season honing her skills with both the Metropol Ladies Her/Re in the 2nd DBBL and the Metropolitain Girls in the WNBL. Her performance in the 2nd DBBL showcased her potential, appearing in 17 games where she averaged 2.5 points and 1.9 rebounds per game, maintaining a solid 44% shooting accuracy.
