The lifeless discovery of two young people in San Miguel Topilejo on July 30th⁣ has been linked to a trafficking network operating out of the​ human trafficking“>Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office. Unofficial reports suggest the ⁢victims are part ‌of a human trafficking operation ⁣run by a criminal group called “The Aragua Train”.

However, these claims have not been confirmed by authorities.

According to the Attorney⁤ General’s Office ​(FGJ) capital, the two women found in San Miguel ⁣Topilejo are of Venezuelan origin. Their relatives have been contacted ​for identification purposes.

Following the investigation, ⁤prosecutors conducted two searches in homes in the municipalities of Azcapotzalco and Cuauhtémoc. Evidence related to the victims, such‍ as clothing and personal items, was discovered ​in a property in the Buenavista colony of Cuauhtémoc.

The location where the evidence was found has been secured as part of the ongoing investigation.
