DIG/ Approval of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TotalEnergies EP of Gabon, which met on 30 May 2024 in Port-Gentil, to pay a dividend net of tax of US$22.22 per share for the financial year 2023.
Or 100 million US dollars (about 60 billion francs).
This dividend was paid on June 28, 2024 at the equivalent of 20.55 euros per share based on the European Central Bank dollar rate on May 30, 2024 set at 1.08 US dollars per euro.
As a reminder, Gabon’s TotalEnergies EP posted a turnover during the financial year 2023 down 15% to 444 million dollars (270 billion francs), on a decrease in the average selling price (-18%) partially offset by the increase in crude oil volumes marketed by the company (+6%).
The oil company TotalEnergies SE owns 58.28%; 25% by the Republic of Gabonese; and 16.72% by the public.
