President Javier Milei met for the first time with Elon Musk at the Tesla factory, located in Austin, Texas. The president arrived accompanied by Gerardo Werthein, the Argentine ambassador to the United States, and his sister, Karina Milei. Werthein, who was present at all times of the meeting, noted that between the president and the owner of Tesla “there was a lot of chemistry.”.
In dialogue with LN +, the ambassador told how the meeting was, which was attended by different businessmen from around the world. “I think this meeting was very important. We also had important meetings with the IDB, where we talked about the different alternatives that are being offered“, he pointed. And he explained: “Among them, an important one is that the branch of the IDB that is dedicated to financing the private sector is currently willing to support Argentina, this indicates a new path.”
