Tourism, Aidit assembly in Naples: nomination for Vitolo

In recent days it took place in Napoli the annual meeting of AIDIT chaired by Domenico Pellegrinothe association of Italian travel agencies belonging to Federturismo Confindustria. On the agenda, in addition to the usual formalities required by the statute, is also an analysis of the activities in light of the current economic framework with particular reference to issues concerning the world of tourism.

The positive trend

The penetration of AIDIT on the Italian territory confirms the post growth trend covid and with the new year the activity for the consolidation of affiliations will be increased. In the programmatic plan for 2024, attention will once again be focused on the activities that have seen AIDIT at the forefront in recent months such as, for example, the fight against commercial practices deemed unfair (Ryanair), illegal construction and above all in comparison with the Government and with the Ministry for Tourism for identifying support for tourism businesses hit by the crises of recent years.

The assembly

During the assembly some of the regional positions were renewed with the confirmation of Cesare Foà (Fancy Tour of Naples) leading the delegation of Campania e di Andrea Giannetti (Follow Me of Florence) to that of Tuscany. The new national Incoming manager of AIDIT has also been appointed: he is from Salerno Giancarlo Vitolo (Travel Before Salerno), with decades of experience in trade associations.

The board of auditors of which they will be part has also been appointed Sergio Mandurino, Vittorio Notaro and Marco Sighinolf. The choice to hold the assembly in Naples was not accidental but is part of the AIDIT project to give an itinerant character to this type of associative activity. On this occasion we wanted to celebrate the opening of the Naples branch of Bluvacanze, the largest company among those associated with AIDIT. Significant opening onto a high spender territory and at the same time a rapidly growing destination which confirms its role as a driving force for national incoming.
