Available only with a diesel powertrain, the Toyota Innova Crysta 2023 model is expected to rival the likes of the Kia Garens and the Maruti Suzuki XL6. It is at this stage that the company has officially announced the prices of this car. There is no announcement regarding when the deliveries of this car will start.
The company had earlier stopped bookings for the diesel version of the Innova Crysta last year. After the launch of the B Innova Hycross, the company also removed the Innova Crysta from the Indian website. It was in January that it relaunched the diesel Innova Crysta with a 2.4L turbo diesel engine and manual transmission and opened bookings. Now the company has officially relaunched the popular MPV in the Indian market with the price announcement of the Innova Crysta Diesel.
The updated Innova Crysta is offered in a total of 4 trims namely G, GX, VX and ZX. The Innova Crysta is powered by a 2.4-litre diesel engine mated to a manual gearbox. This car has 2 drive modes including Eco and Power.
The top-spec ZX variant has only a 7-seater configuration while the G, GX and VX variants have 7-seater and 8-seater configurations. The new Crysta comes with a redesigned front and new fog lamps. The 2023 Innova Crysta is available in color options including White Pearl, Crystal Shine, Super White, Silver, Attitude Black and Avant Garde Bronze.
As far as features are concerned, the new 2023 Innova Crysta gets 8-inch Smart Playcast touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, TFT Multi-Information Display (MID), rear auto AC with digital display, smart entry system. 8-way power adjust driver seat, one-touch tumble second-row seats, seat back table & leather seat color options are also available.
In terms of safety features, the new Crysta comes with 7 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, vehicle stability and hill-start assist control, anti-lock braking system, electronic brakeforce distribution and brake assist and 3-point seatbelt.
