Trabzonspor announced that they have agreed on a three-year contract with a one-year option with 30-year-old midfielder Okay Yokuslu. In the statement from the Black Sea club, which was also sent to the Istanbul Stock Exchange and included in the public disclosure platform (KAP), it was stated that an agreement with West Bromwich for the final transfer of Okay Yokuslu to the club has been reached. According to the agreement, it was noted in the statement that €1.65 million will be paid to West Bromwich in three installments as a release fee: “An agreement has been made with professional footballer Okay Yokuslu for 3+1 years, with an option to extend with our club. According to the agreement, the football player will receive a guaranteed annual salary of 46,370,500 TL in the football season 2024–2025, 51,075,000 TL in the football season 2025–2026, and 56,112,500 TL in the football season 2026–2027. In the event our club exercises the option, a guarantee fee of 61,150,000 TL will be paid in the football season 2027–2028. A brokerage fee of 4.8 percent of the football player’s gross salary will be paid.”
