The Torbe festival (Sospirolo) begins today (Friday 27th). The program opens with a dinner enriched by a special dish: the shank, while the evening continues with the trio (drums, accordion and DJ) Dj Siry, Drumblood & Lorenz.
On Saturday for lunch (from 12pm) the special dish will be s-cioss, while in the evening, from 7pm, there will be deer. And, from aperitif time, the kebabs return. All accompanied by Riflesso music and, at the end of the live show, by DJ Arizona. Furthermore, as usual, the Fuoriposto camper will not be missing.
And Sunday? Space for cod and, in the afternoon (2.30pm), the chemistry show for adults and children by Fabiano Nart: “Is it magic or is it impossible?”. Every day, however, you will find traditional dishes: tripe, pastin, grilled cheese, schiz, mixed grill, spatzle, ribs, as well as fried potatoes peeled by hand by volunteers.
The entire program will take place under the shed, indoors and in the heat.
