The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior in the Libyan government appointed by the House of Representatives, Faraj Aqeem, issued his instructions “to resume traffic campaigns in the streets of the city of Benghazi, with the aim of controlling violating vehicles that do not comply with their procedures, and deterring the phenomenon of the use of tinted windows.”

During the meeting, “the reasons for seizing violating vehicles and fining their owners in the event of not possessing metal plates, committing any other violations of traffic laws, and completing periodic inspection and insurance” were determined.
