Thanks to the traffic light government, the Taliban are hoping for a lucrative cannabis deal with Germany!
They are betting that the legalization of marijuana planned by the traffic light can attract German companies that invest in Afghanistan and import cannabis products.
BILD met the Taliban spokesman for the Ministry of the Interior, Qari Saeed Khosti, who had made the talks with the German company ECI (development company CPharm International) public last week.
