Tragedy in Petah Tikva: A 3-year-old girl perished in a fire that broke out this morning (Monday) in a residential building on Ichilov Street in the city. Avichai Hadad, deputy director of the Yarkon area at MDA, said: “There were many rescue forces at the scene, the woman left the apartment independently with two children while they were conscious when they were suffering from smoke inhalation, and we evacuated them to the hospital. The 7-year-old boy and the 3-year-old girl were rescued from the apartment by the fire brigade that operated on the scene and were taken to the intensive care unit. The girl was without a pulse and without breathing and was evacuated while performing resuscitation operations. “
