A Titan submersible tragedyfrom the company OceanGate, which imploded while trying to approach the wreckage of the legendary navio Titanic, in the Atlantic Ocean, will be made into a film. The first scenes about the accident, which occurred in June this year and left five dead billionaires, they have already started rolling. The information is from the website of the American magazine Variety.

The feature film is under the control of MindRiot Entertainment and producer E. Brian Dobbins, who gained notoriety with The Blackening and with the series Black-ish. Dobbins will co-produce and Justin MacGregor and Jonathan Keasey, both from MindRiot, will write the script.

The submersible Titan attracted the world’s attention when it disappeared into deep ocean waters on an excursion in search of the remains of the symbolic ship. The last contact with the mother boat, which remained on the surface, occurred 1h45 after the start of the journey.

A countdown began based on the oxygen level and the number of hours the submersible’s five occupants would have to survive.

Four days after the disappearance, however, an ROV (unmanned vehicle) found pieces of the Titan near the Titanic. From this, authorities came to the conclusion that the vessel imploded. Everyone on board died.
