The late Shneur Zalman Groden, a graduate of the Chabad Yeshiva in Los Angeles, who worked as a real estate agent – passed away • left parents, brothers and sisters • His brother Yehuda passed away 11 years ago

The late Shneur Groden, a 29-year-old Chabad follower from Long Beach, California, died suddenly Wednesday night.

The late studied at the Menachem Room in Los Angeles, and in his youth he studied at the Chabad Yeshiva in Toronto. He later received a ‘ordination’ at a meeting in Los Angeles.

In later years he worked as a real estate agent in the Long Beach area, where he and his family were active members of the local Chabad community.

Despite his busy schedule, he made sure to attend Torah lessons and Hasidic study.

Friends remember him as someone who loved to make others laugh.

He is survived by his parents Dr. Yossi and Chaya Groden, and his brothers Mendel Groden, Sarah Leah Groden and Levi Groden.

His brother Yehuda passed away 11 years ago.

His funeral will be held this morning (Friday, local time) at 11 a.m. in California.
