38-Year-Old Pregnant Woman Pronounced Dead after Hospital Arrival

Jerusalem – Tragedy struck a family this morning as a 38-year-old pregnant woman, identified as Rafael Adana, passed away at Shaare Zedek Hospital. The incident occurred last week when Adana arrived at the hospital without a pulse after collapsing in her home. The funeral for the deceased was held earlier today at 11:00.

Amidst the grief, criticism has arisen regarding the investigation into Adana’s death. Some family members express a sense of neglect in the handling of the case, adding to the emotional distress they are already experiencing.

In a separate incident, a man lost his life while working in the vicinity of Neve Ilan. The tragic event occurred due to electrocution. The identity of the victim has not yet been revealed.

At Shaare Zedek Hospital, medical staff worked tirelessly to revive Adana upon her arrival. They performed CPR and conducted an emergency caesarian section to remove the two fetuses, who were also found without a pulse. The neonates are currently in critical condition and have been transferred to the premature intensive care unit for further observation.

Fortunately, the medical team managed to restore Adana’s pulse, though her condition remained extremely serious. She was subsequently transferred to the hospital’s intensive care unit. Today, however, her battle came to an unfortunate end, and she was pronounced dead.

As the investigation into Adana’s death continues, the mourning family seeks answers and hope for a comprehensive understanding of the circumstances that brought about this devastating loss.
