Israel Railways has announced temporary disruptions to train services due to a fault in the railway electrical network. The repairs are currently underway, halting train traffic between Hadera station in the north and Netanya station in the south. Commuters are advised to seek alternative public transportation until the issue is resolved.

Furthermore, delays and changes in train movements are being experienced along the Ashkelon to Tel Aviv line. Israel Railways apologizes for the inconvenience caused and assures passengers that every effort is being made by train crews to repair the malfunctions and return services back to normal as soon as possible.

Last week, the railway system faced similar breakdowns, causing disruptions in train schedules. Trains between Bnei Brak and Tel Aviv stations were temporarily halted due to a fault in the railway electrification network. Passengers traveling to or from Pat, Rosh Ha’Ein, Kfar Saba, Hod Hasharon, and Ra’anana had to switch trains at the Herzliya station.

In addition, malfunctions were reported on the Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon Herzliya line, leading to limited service. Trains operated only between the Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon and Tel Aviv Savidor stations, bypassing Tel Aviv University and Herzliya. The Beit Shemesh-Netanya line also faced disruptions, with trains operating solely between Beit Shemesh and Lod stations, skipping Kfar Chabad, Tel Aviv, Herzliya, and Netanya stations.

Israel Railways apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these disruptions and appreciates passengers’ understanding during this time. Regular updates will be provided as the repairs progress.
