Hema offers management training in various fields: health, sustainable development, etc. The entire group (Esm-a, Esci, Iseam, Iseadd, Ema Vendée) is concerned since it is the same management. In France, any establishment that provides work-study programs promises state-recognized training appearing in the national directory of professional certifications — these are renewable every one, three or five years. However, for several years, Hema has lost authorization to issue certain diplomas because the group did not validate certain prerequisites, such as a level of competence required by the State. Except that the management chose not to inform the students and to communicate on titles… which they no longer had!
