The company is expected to connect to a network of hundreds of megawatts of solar under the new market regulation in the electricity sector.

Tralite has several land projects in Israel that are in the stages of initiation and construction, in particular the Tanach 2 project and the Jordan Valley project on a large scale. The company will serve both as a producer of electricity from solar energy, and as a supplier of electricity, and will be able to maximize the profit potential from the projects it owns. The company intends to act in the near future to sign a series of electricity supply agreements with various consumer entities, including major players in the economy.

Traalight has expressed intentions to adopt the “green supplier” model used in many overseas countries, where the electricity consumer can choose his electricity supplier directly, thus deciding whether his money will be invested in renewable energy or fossil fuels.

Tralite announced last week the establishment of an independent “Energy Performance Certificate” (EPC) entity of the company in the field of ground projects, in favor of adopting the strategy to operate along the entire value chain of the construction of solar systems.

The company estimates that in light of the fact that it plans to establish over the next few years ground projects of about 600 megawatts, this strategy will be able to increase the group’s profitability level both in the construction of the projects and in the profitability of holding the projects. Relatively fast time, and will result in these systems being better designed and maintained burner in view of the identity of interests between the operating parties.

It should be noted that in the field of roofs and roofing, the company is already active as an EPC through its subsidiary Tralite Solartech Ltd. TST, in which Tralight holds approximately 62%.

The company stated that it has an exclusive strategic partnership with the Moshav movement and that it has invested in a number of technology companies in the fields of green energy and energy efficiency processes. The company has accumulated projects of about 750 MW in Israel as well as hundreds of megawatts in projects abroad.

Rani Lifshitz, CEO of Traleit: “In the coming years, Tralite will be a power producer of hundreds of megawatts in Israel, with a significant arm of electricity supply. As the promoter of the two largest private solar facilities in Israel, alongside operations abroad, we currently identify two major consumer trends, one is large international companies Operating in Israel and committed to green electricity consumption from renewable sources, and the other private households interested in a more significant discount on their consumption tariff. We will work on both levels to maximize the company’s activity and profitability. ”
