Trans-siberian Orchestra Announces Extensive 2025 Holiday Tour
The Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) is set to embark on a massive 64-city tour this November, bringing its signature blend of rock, classical music, and dazzling visual effects to arenas across North America. The “Ghosts of Christmas Eve: The Best of TSO & More” tour kicks off November 13th, promising a spectacular holiday experience for fans.
For over two decades, TSO has become a beloved tradition for many, and the 2025 tour continues that legacy. According to a statement from the band, the production will feature both a new rendition of “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve,” inspired by the 1999 TV special created by the late founder Paul O’Neill, alongside a selection of fan-favorite songs.
A Legacy of Holiday Spectacle
The enduring appeal of TSO lies in its immersive and over-the-top performances. A core member of the orchestra since 1996, one veteran musician described the experience as “like watching one of your kids grow up.” He noted the remarkable loyalty of the fanbase, with many attendees returning year after year, even bringing subsequent generations to experience the show.
“People come out two, three, four times,” he explained. “I look out at the audience and recognize people because I’ve been seeing them for 25 years. Now they’re holding up their babies in the air like Rafiki in ‘the Lion King.'”
