Transition: Joseph Owandault-Berre appointed Vice-President

DIG/ In accordance with article 40 of the Transition charter, the President of the Transition, Brice-Clotaire Oligui Nguéma appointed, on Monday September 11, 2023, Joseph Owandualt Berre as Vice-President of the Transition.

This Gabonese executive exercised, it is reported, at the Libreville Town Hall, at the Gabon Energy and Water Company (SEEG) as well as at the Gabonese Petroleum Products Storage Company (SGEPP).
