Travel without ticket; When the bus stopped, he got off; KSRTC driver hit by passenger

Kollam: KSRTC bus driver slapped passenger’s hand for traveling without ticket. The incident happened two days ago in Kollam. The footage of the incident is circulating on social media. He was not ready to take the ticket even though the conductor asked him several times.

When the bus stopped, the conductor waved the passenger away and ran out, saying that he could travel only if he bought a ticket. But the locals caught him and brought him back near the bus. After this, the KSRTC bus driver slapped him.

Following the dispute, the locals also beat up the young passenger. Ezhukon police reached the spot and took him to the station. The police informed that no case has been registered as the passenger has not complained about the incident. His parents were called to the station and he was released. KSRTC A fine of Rs 500 will be charged if you travel without taking a bus ticket.
