The property features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

- A home theater and game room, which were converted from a ballroom that served as a Prohibition-era speakeasy

The estate’s previous owners included a former executive director of Cleveland Clinic Innovations and a former president of the Cleveland-based company Sherwin-Williams. In 2023, the Figurati Construction Group purchased the property for $1.95 million and performed restorations before listing it. While initially listed for $6.99 million in 2024, the asking price was later reduced to $5.99 million before Kelce secured the home for $5.35 million.
