She is one of three magistrates of the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF), with her colleague Patrice Amar and their former boss Éliane Houlette, to have been targeted by an administrative investigation ordered by the former criminal lawyer who became Minister of Justice, Éric Dupond -Moretti, shortly after his arrival at the chancellery in July 2020. One of the four “victims”, with a former investigating judge from Monaco, of the offense of “illegal taking of interest” of which the Minister of Justice, suspected for wanting to resolve his past conflicts in this way, has been responding since Monday before the Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR).
