The former administrator of the Court for more than 15 years sat calmly in the chair next to the president of the commission, Carolina Gaillard, asked to speak before the questions began and lashed out: “I want to clarify one thing because since this impeachment trial began, there were many events related to my person, not only to divide the General Secretariat of Administration, but to a transfer that I consider to be a concealed sanction that includes all the people who have worked in the audit of the Work Social. I have been followed, there are threats against officials who have collaborated with me. They are things that generate pressure but they do not prevent me from coming and telling the truth.”

Marchi had been removed from his position last Thursday in an agreement signed by the Rosatti-Rosenkrantz-Maqueda majority under the argument of a “restructuring” of the Secretariat itself. Marchi, on the other hand, was blunt: he said that he was penalized for the audits carried out on Obra Social and that they reported the mismanagement.
