This weekend’s derby will feature a large audience at Cícero Pompeu de Toledo Stadium, as #TorcidaQueConduz purchased more than 38,000 tickets in advance.
The São Paulo team leads Group B in the state, with 11 points in seven games. The rival is in third place in Group A, with nine points – until the start of this round.
“It will be a tough game. Classic is always disputed. There is no favoritism, I think it’s a very difficult game for us”, said coach Rogério Ceni.
After San-São, Tricolor will play another match at home: against Inter de Limeira next Wednesday (15th), at 21:35, in the sequence of Paulistão.
