São Paulo finished this Monday morning (01/05) the preparation for the confrontation with Tolima, which will take place this Tuesday (02), at 19:00 (Brasília time), at the Manuel Murillo Toro stadium, in Ibagué, in Colombia, in a match valid for the CONMEBOL Sudamericana group stage.
The squad carried out an activity at the Training Center of the Colombian Football Federation, in Bogotá.
The day began with mobility and muscle strengthening exercises at the gym and, following, a physical circuit on the lawn led by the preparation team.
In the second stage of training, the squad was divided into two groups: one part did technical work on exchanging passes, moving and possessing the ball on a reduced pitch, while the rest did tactical and positional work with coach Dorival Júnior.
In the sequence, the players who were in the tactical made a set piece complement with the auxiliary Lucas Silvestre. The other athletes went to the tactical part.
Forward Erison, who is recovering from a stretch in fibrosis in his left thigh, had an internal job.
This afternoon, the delegation will travel by plane to Ibagué, the site of the match against Tolima.
