The complaint also targets two fuel sales and distribution companies: Fuelcorp S.A. y Copedesa Gasgrupo S.A. In the latter, the Álvarez brothers are shareholders.

He also said that it would have been “easier” to request the information directly, “without the need for any urgent action.”

Finally, he criticized the fact that the Prosecutor’s Office used the colors of Guayaquil to design the logo for the Triple A case.
