Trisha’s film ‘Ranki’ hit the theaters last day. ‘Ranki’ is directed by M Saravanan, who is known for his hit movie ‘Enke Epothum’. The film is getting a good response from the theaters. The song from the film ‘Ranki’ starring Malayali Anaswara Rajan has been released.
The lyrics are penned by Viveka and the music is composed by C Sathya. M Saravanan has written the screenplay and dialogues for the story of the famous director AR Murugadoss. The cinematography of the film is done by Shakti. ‘Ranki’ is an action thriller film.
Before this, ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ was released as the film in which Trisha played the lead role. Directed by Mani Ratnam, ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, based on the world-famous historical novel by legendary writer Kalki, became a huge hit. The film has a large cast of stars. Trisha played the role of ‘Kundavai’, a rice princess in the film.
Apart from Trisha, Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Rahman, Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Lal, Vikram Prabhu, Parthipan, Babu Antony, Ashwin Kakumanu, Riaz Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sobhita Dulipala, Jayachitra and others acted in the film. Vikram played the role of ‘Aditya Karikalan’. Cinematography by Ravi Varman. Art Direction by Thota Dharani and Wasim Khan and Action Choreography by Shyam Kaushal.
