Triton buys Bosch Construction Technologies, including the Ovar – Industry factory

Months after going on sale the Building Technologies division, the Bosch has announced that it⁣ has reached⁣ an agreement with Triton, which will, among others, be the German manufacturer’s unit in Ovar. The operation, the value of which was not disclosed, ​should take ⁢place‌ in ⁤the⁢ first half of 2025.

“The transaction covers three ⁢business units – Vision, Access Control⁤ and Intrusion,⁣ and Communications – ie the entire Bosch Building Technologies ⁣product business that has been‌ put up for sale,” the company said in a statement.
