The human biological clock determines whether you can easily get out of bed or not. If you don’t immediately jump out of bed in the morning and snooze for a while, you can safely blame your biological clock. But can you also influence this clock? Hut answers this question in the video lecture.

Hut is associate professor of chronobiology at the University of Groningen. Within his research he focuses on the evolutionary, ecological and neurobiological aspects of rhythms. At the moment he is concerned with the use of blue light and sleep patterns.
