In light of the progress of talks in Vienna between Iran and the superpowers, former US President Donald Trump today (Wednesday) referred to the rapprochement of a renewed nuclear deal and warned that the signing of an agreement could harm Israel.

“The biggest deal I made in my life was that I ended the nuclear deal with Iran,” Trump said in an interview with Fox News. “I said that such a deal could harm Israel in a humane way. If this agreement passes now again – there will no longer be Israel, it will be deleted from the map in a short time.”

“What the current administration did was bring the deal back to the table and try to close it even worse than the previous deal, the one I left behind,” he added. “The Iranians are extremists, and they will use the weapons they get. Now China will buy oil from them and they will get rich.”

He also referred to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and said that it was a “new Holocaust” – but still refused to condemn Russian President Vladimir Putin or his conduct in the past week. “Russia must stop killing the people of Ukraine, there is no other way to solve it” he argued. “The problem is that the Russians do not respect the United States and do not listen to it. “A terrible thing is happening, but the government is not really doing anything to resolve it.”
