Hours after the polls closed, Donald Trump took to the stage prepared by his campaign in Florida to declare his victory surrounded by a huge group of family members, allies, campaign consultants and sports figures.
His five children, some of whom took on key roles in his last administration, were present, along with four pairs of them and two of his ten grandchildren.
They also appeared electoral advisors and political alliesboth very well known and some who worked in the shadows in the 2016, 2020 and 2024 Trump campaigns.
Among the most surprising appearances are those of martial arts businessman Dana White and professional golfer Bryson DeChambeau.
Trump’s family
Trump’s relatives have supported him politically and professionally for years: they worked in his real estate business, were involved in his campaigns and even participated in his previous administration from 2017 to 2021.
Trump praised her for writing the “best-selling book in the country,” an autobiography in which she supports women’s right to abortion, a position that contrasts with that of many Republican Party members and supporters.
Trump was also accompanied by his youngest son, Barron Trump, 18 years oldcollege freshman, and Melania’s father, Viktor Knavs, a Slovenian who became a U.S. citizen in 2018.
His third son, Eric Trumphe appeared accompanied by his wife Lara, whom Trump named co-chairman of the Republican Party and who spoke at the Republican National Convention this year.

Donald Trump Jr also brought two of his five children with him; His 17-year-old daughter, Kai, spoke publicly for the first time during the Republican National Convention, describing Trump as “very caring and loving” and “a normal grandparent.”
Trump’s second daughter Ivanka Trump appeared with her husband Jared Kushner. Both played key roles under the Trump administration, with Kushner advising him on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and relations with China, Mexico and Canada. The couple, however, did not participate in this campaign.
Trump’s fourth daughter Tiffany Trump — who has been less active in her father’s political career but this week urged people to get out and vote — was with her husband, Michael Boulos.
The vice president-elect JD Vancesenator from Ohio, hailed Trump’s victory as the “greatest political comeback” in American history.
Vance is also the author of the best-selling memoir Hillbilly Elegy about his childhood in the Rust Belt, a white working-class area of the United States.
“It turned out to be a good choice,” Trump said. “There was resistance at first, but I knew it was a good brain, as good as it could be.”
Vance celebrated the victory with his wife, Usha Vance. Born in California to Indian immigrants, she worked as a lawyer until her husband’s campaign.
Advisors and allies in the campaign
Key figures from Trump’s campaign team and his allies, including officials from his previous administration, savored his victory on stage.
Attendees included campaign co-chairs Susan Wiles and Chris LaCivita, Republican National Convention Chairman Michael Whatley, speechwriter Vince Haley, communications strategist Jason Miller, polling director Tony Fabrizio and councilman senior Dan Scavino.
The best known was Senior Advisor Stephen Millerone of the architects of the 2017 travel ban that made it difficult for citizens of several Muslim-majority countries to enter the United States.
