Stefanos Tsitsipas is definitely at ease in Melbourne. The Greek, seeded N.3 of the tournament, joins the semi-finals of the Australian Open for the fourth time in his career. He beat the Czech Jiri Lehecka in three sets (6-3, 7-6, 6-4) on Tuesday.
Not necessarily flamboyant, Tsitsipas played it by experience, tightening the game in hot moments. Solid on his faceoffs, he only broke his opponent twice, at the start of the first set and at the end of the third. Enough for the moment, but the Greek will probably have to raise his level of play to go all the way.
