The updated stainless steel case maintains a 40mm diameter but boasts significantly leaner dimensions on the wrist. Thickness drops from 13.4mm down to 12.7mm, while the lug-to-lug measurement shrinks to 48.8mm, markedly improving ergonomics compared to the original design. Gone is the distinctive black ceramic ring that once sat beneath the steel bezel, replaced instead by a fixed, brushed, and angled steel bezel featuring a 24-hour scale.
While purists might miss the distinct black ring of the 2015 model, the new configuration delivers a much sleeker profile.
