Elon Musk has been implementing various changes after buying the Twitter company. The first thing he did was fire all the senior executives of Twitter. He fired Indian-origin CEO Barak Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal, the company’s policy chief Vijaya Khade and others from the company. He is continuously downsizing.

Elon Musk responded to Twitter’s layoffs today, saying the company had no choice but to lose $4 million a day. Elon Musk also said that the laid-off employees have been paid 50 percent more than the statutory compensation benefits. Also, Elon Musk has said that a fee will be charged to get a blue tick on Twitter.

Elon Musk-owned Twitter has implemented a $7.99 monthly subscription fee for verified users since November 5.
