Watan Al-Youm: Today, the Jordanian Industrial Estates Company signed two implementation and supervision agreements for the establishment of modular factories (the third phase) in the industrial city of Madaba with a local contracting company and an engineering consulting office at a cost of (2) million dinars, where the new buildings will be built on an area of approximately (11) thousand square meters. The agreements were signed by the Jordan Industrial Estates Company, its General Manager, Mr. Omar Juwayad, by the implementing company, Engineer Yousef Thneibat, and by the consulting company, Engineer Wahb Madanat.

Mr. Juwayed stated that the new buildings will be built in different areas to meet the needs of investors in the various sectors operating in the city, as they will be built according to the latest applicable engineering specifications, praising the Jordanian experience possessed by the companies that will undertake the implementation and supervision of the building project.
During the signing of the agreements, Mr. Juwayed stressed the necessity of adhering to the timetable for implementing the building project, stressing that the company, through its engineering staff, is fully prepared to confront any obstacles that obstruct the progress of the implementation work, indicating that the selection of companies came after the basis of a comparison conducted by the company after tenders for implementation and supervision were presented in the first place. followed.
Mr. Juwayad revealed that a number of new investment applications are currently being followed up, which will soon join the convoy of investments operating in the Madaba Industrial City, indicating that the city includes, to date, 34 industrial investments with an investment volume of 22 million dinars, which will provide, in the initial stages of operation, approximately 1,400 job opportunities for the people of the governorate in Various specializations and professions required by industrial investments.
For their part, the representatives of the companies that will undertake the implementation and supervision of the project work appreciated the confidence of the Jordanian industrial cities in the Jordanian contractor by choosing them to implement the industrial buildings, stressing their endeavor to complete them in accordance with the highest agreed upon specifications and equipping them on time.
It is noteworthy that Madaba Industrial City is located in the Lab area of Madaba Governorate, and is approximately 40 km from the center of the capital, Amman, and approximately 13 km from the center of Madaba Governorate. It is also approximately (29) km from Queen Alia International Airport, and its first phase was established on an area of (250) dunams.
