Gobi: The police arrested two persons who were in possession of 140 liters of liquor and pickles near Gobi. Police of the Gobi Prohibition Division patrolled Maniyakaranbutar near Siruvalwar yesterday. Two people were caught with 20 liters of liquor and 120 liters of pickle. During the investigation, Palanichamy, 57, of Siruvalur; He was identified as Chenniappan, 52, from Nambiur. Both were arrested and liquor and pickles were seized.
