Before this morning (Saturday), the police arrested two boys (15, 17), residents of the city, on suspicion of throwing stones at vehicles traveling on Ibn Gvirol Street in Haifa. This is after the focus
100 A report was received from two drivers who stated that while driving stones were thrown at their vehicle and the windows of the vehicle were smashed. The drivers were not injured.
Haifa police officers who arrived at the scene noticed stones on the road and immediately began searching for suspects. During the scans, police officers spotted the two boys, one of them masked, hiding inside a residential building, and next to them stones that they allegedly intended to throw at vehicles.
The suspects were arrested for questioning at the city police station and tonight will be brought for an extension of detention at the city magistrate’s court. Background and circumstances under investigation.
