Ernakulam, Kochi, Kalamassery, two dead after a bike collided with a lorry. The accident took place at Kalamassery Premier Junction. The incident happened around 7.40 pm today. Umesh Babu and his wife Nisha, natives of Kadungallur, Aluva East, died. Firefighters arrived and removed the bodies from the accident site. Two deaths in a bike accident in Kochi

While traveling on a scooter from Edappally to Aluva, the accident happened under a tanker lorry coming in the same direction. Both died at the scene. The tanker lorry was going up and down through the bodies of both of them. After the police reached the spot and checked the body, the body was shifted to the Govt. Medical College Hospital. Due to the accident, the traffic on the national highway was blocked for an hour. The fire brigade arrived from Elur and cleared the road. The children are Nimesh, Nitisha and Nimisha who are students.
