Two defendants for having consensual sexual relations with a minor have acknowledged the facts attributed to them by the Gijón Area Prosecutor’s Office and have accepted before the Eighth Section of the Provincial Court based in Gijón a sentence of 2 years in prison for each one in addition to removal and probation and after indemnifying the adolescent for moral damages.
