Muscat: (www.kvartha.com) Two people have been killed in a boat accident in Dhofar Governorate, Oman. Three people were injured in the accident. This was stated in a statement issued by the Civil Defense. The accident took place in the sea area of Dhaka district in Dhofar Governorate.
There were 10 people in the accident-prone lounge made of wood used to carry vehicles. Two people died in the accident. Civil Defense rescued eight people, including three with serious injuries.
The Civil Defense said in a statement that the injured were being rushed to hospitals for treatment. All 10 are of Asian descent, according to a statement from the Civil Defense.
