During the weekend, police officers from the Rosh HaAyin police station arrested two residents of the territories, who were allegedly part of a sand dune, for breaking into apartments in the Sharon area during an undercover operation.

The course of operational activity

Meanwhile, detectives from the Rosh HaAyin station carried out an operational activity against property criminals in their sector, in collaboration with volunteers from the Inbar unit of the Border Police, RTG, the Air Unit, the IDF and Elad Police. Towards the perimeter fence – between the settlement of Rosh HaAyin and Deir Balut.

As stated, during the operation, the police arrested two suspects, in their possession of a lot of property suspected of being stolen from the same apartments that were broken into in Rosh HaAyin, which includes: cash, jewelry, burglary tools, and more.

The suspects, a 35-year-old resident of Ramallah and a 14-year-old resident of Deir Balut, were taken for questioning at the police station and their detention was extended on Saturday in court: the minor until today (Sunday) and the adult suspect until November 23.
