Two people died after being struck by lightning in Kottayam Madhyamam

Kottayam: Two people died after being struck by lightning in Mundakkaya. The incident took place in Kapilamood, Mundakkayam. The deceased have been identified as Sunil (48) of Kapayil house and Ramesh (43) of Naduvinal house, natives of Mundakayam twelfth ward. The victims are also relatives.

Both were struck by lightning while measuring the area. He died on the spot. The bodies of both were shifted to a private hospital in Mundakkayam.
