On Sunday evening at 5 pm, SOS received an alarm for an accident that was suspected to have taken place between Kallinge and Möllenäs in the direction of Tingsryd. According to Stefan Ericsson, the operations manager at the Rescue Service Östra Blekinge, it seemed that a passenger car had hit an A-tractor from behind, causing it to crash into a wire barrier. Three people were assisted by healthcare professionals, and two were later taken to the hospital via ambulance. The severity of their injuries remains unclear. The road was closed and cleared later that evening.
SOS received the alarm at 5 pm on Sunday evening. The accident must have happened in the direction of Tingsryd between Kallinge and Möllenäs.
– The passenger car has probably driven into the A-tractor from behind, which then drove down the wire barrier. Three people received help from the healthcare system, says Stefan Ericsson, operations manager at the Rescue Service Östra Blekinge.
Two people were later taken to hospital by ambulance, but the extent of their injuries is unclear.
The road had to be closed and cleared during the evening.
