A fan of Valencia CF and his partner were detained Singaporeawaiting trial and without knowing the exact reason why they are accused, since last Friday. The story was born from a photograph that Dani Cuesta, a young Valencian, posted on his social networks. He was holding a yellow sign reading ‘Lim go home’ as he took advantage of a trip to the Asian country.
Dani Cuesta also shared a photo of the door of the alleged home of the owner of the Mestalla club on which he had placed a sticker with the same motto.
As the journalist put it Hector Gomezthe Valencian fan and his partner have been detained since last Friday. They traveled to Singapore as their first honeymoon destination after the wedding. Their passports have been taken away and they are locked up, unable to leave, in a hotel in Singapore.
This Tuesday, at 3.30 pm, they hope to go to trial without knowing exactly the court case they are accused of. They don’t understand how taking a photo or putting up a sticker can cause such a commotion.
