Severe Weather in Southern China as Typhoon Approaches

Typhoon No. 11 is expected to develop while moving west in the South China Sea. By tomorrow, September 4th (Wednesday), it is anticipated to have a storm area, and on September 6th (Friday), the maximum wind speed near the center will reach 50 m/s, becoming very strong.

As it approaches Hainan Island and southern China while maintaining its strength, there are concerns about strong winds and rain having a significant impact. If it takes a more northern path, areas such as Hong Kong are also expected to experience severe weather.
