Abu Dhabi: If you violate traffic laws in the UAE and go to Qatar, you will be arrested even if you violate the laws there and reach the UAE. This is after the start of the project to exchange traffic violation information in both countries.
Violators will have to pay fines. Traffic departments are connected through computer to exchange information. The project was inaugurated at the joint security committee meeting held in Abu Dhabi.
